Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Team Victory ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Team Victory is operated by Team Victory, an independent team of agents affiliated with Premier Financial Alliance. This site is not operated by, and is not an official site of, any insurance carrier, Premier Financial Alliance or National Life Group.

What we collect

When	What
You register for a Members account	Full name, PFA ID, email, phone number, the name of your QFD, whether you are licensed, whether you asked for the CFT tab, and a password. Passwords are stored only as a salted one-way hash, never in plain text.
You use the Members area	Your checklist and training progress, the date you last signed in or updated your progress, your language and light/dark settings, and the session token that keeps you signed in (30 days).
You are a Certified Field Trainer (CFT)	The trainee records you enter: trainee names, optional email, the name of the trainee's QFD, meeting dates and notes, sales and recruit counts, progress, and your booking link.
You fill in the "get in touch" form on the public pages	Name, phone, email and what draws you to the opportunity. This is kept in your own browser on your device. It is not sent to our servers by this form.
You change the site language	The site's own wording (menus, buttons and headings, never your personal information) is sent to our translation provider, DeepL, so it can be shown in your language. Translated wording is saved so it is not requested again.
You send a message with "Contact Us"	Your name, email, optional phone, the topic you chose and your message. We email it to our team inbox and keep a copy for up to 30 days in case the email fails.
You book a time	The calendar booking is handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling, subject to Google's privacy policy.
You visit the site	Our hosting provider records routine technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) in server logs for security and reliability.

Please do not enter Social Security numbers, birth dates, bank or card numbers, passwords or health information in any notes field. The site is not designed to hold them.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, and to show your progress to you and, for the CFT tool, to the trainer who entered it.
To let team leaders confirm your access level (starter, licensed or CFT), support you, and follow up on onboarding and licensing.
To send you a welcome email when you register, and account emails you ask for, such as a password reset.
To let your QFD (and the Certified Field Trainer who works with you) follow your progress so they can help you move from Fast Start to licensed and appointed, and on to becoming a Certified Field Trainer.
To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Coach Erica (AI practice)

Coach Erica lets members practice calls with an AI. The messages you type or say during a practice call, and the practice script, are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, so it can play the prospect and give feedback. When you choose a lifelike voice, the words the prospect speaks are also sent to our voice provider, ElevenLabs, to turn them into audio. We save your Coach Erica level, call counts and stats to your login. Please use made-up names and never enter real people's personal details. If you answer by voice, your browser's speech service (for example Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari) turns your speech into text; we do not receive or store audio. We do not keep practice conversations after the call, unless you choose to send feedback: if you tick the box to include the conversation, it is saved with your note, visible to team leaders, and deleted after 90 days.

Who can see it

Your QFD. A QFD whom you name at sign-up, or whom a Certified Field Trainer lists as your QFD, can see your name, email, phone, license and appointment progress, First 30 Days checklist progress, Fast Start and Stage 2 progress (meetings, sales and recruit counts, premium total, exam), and when you were last active. They cannot see a trainer's private notes, client names, recruit names or Coach Erica practice calls.
Your Certified Field Trainer sees the trainee record they entered about you.
Team leaders with admin access can see Members account details, access level and licensing progress, and CFT roll-up information, so they can manage and support the team.
Service providers that run the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), Google (sending welcome and account emails from a Team Victory Gmail account, calendar booking, and fonts), Resend (sending emails, if switched on), DeepL (translating the site's wording), Anthropic and ElevenLabs (Coach Erica), and YouTube (training videos). They handle data only to provide their service and under their own terms.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect people and the site.

Team-wide totals, such as how many people registered under each base shop, may be shown to members on the company events page. Those totals do not include personal details.

Trainee information entered by a CFT is the CFT's responsibility to collect lawfully and with the person's permission.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores a sign-in token, your language and theme choice, and some progress data in your browser's storage so it can work. Embedded videos (YouTube) and calendar booking (Google) may set their own cookies when you use them. Translated wording is also saved in your browser so the page loads faster.

How long we keep it

We keep Members account and CFT data while your account is active. When a leader removes your access or you ask us to delete your information, we delete your account record. Backups and logs may keep copies for a short period. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed. Access to team data requires a signed-in account with the right level, and sign-in attempts are rate limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below.
You can use "Forgot your password?" on the log-in screen to reset your password at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know, correct, delete or opt out of certain uses. We will respond as the law requires.

Children

This site is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If the changes are significant we will say so on the site.
